1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to request a return.

The product must be in like-new condition, including the original packaging, all accessories, instruction manual, and protective film.

The product must show no physical damage, scratches, or signs of abuse. (We encourage you to power on the product and test basic functionality; this will not affect your return rights.)

You will need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Responsibility:

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to product defects, shipping damage, or the wrong item, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Your Responsibility: If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind, the item didn't meet your expectations, etc.), you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return.

If the inspection passes and the refund is approved, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund and post it on your statement.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable unless there is a quality defect:

5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not process exchanges directly. The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal ("Cooling-off Period")
If you are a consumer in the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you receive the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision by emailing shenzhenyanlai@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of shipping the item back to us. Returned items must meet the conditions described in "Return Eligibility" of this policy.
