1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the IOWODO official online store (the “Site”) and our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it promptly.

4. Product Information & Warranty

4.1 Product Display: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will be perfectly accurate.

4.2 Limited Warranty: IOWODO warrants that its products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").

4.3 Extended Warranty: Upon expiration of the initial one-year Warranty Period, you may apply for a one (1) year extended warranty free of charge by completing and submitting an Extended Warranty Form available through our customer service. This warranty covers the same terms as the initial warranty.

4.4 Warranty Process: To make a warranty claim, you must contact our customer service at shenzhenyanlai@gmail.com during the applicable Warranty Period. This warranty is void if the product is damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification/repair. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

5. Placing Orders
All orders are offers to purchase at our listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation. We may cancel any order prior to shipment.

6. Prices and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Title to the products and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
The Site, its original content, features, functionality, and the IOWODO name and logo are our exclusive property. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. User Feedback
If you submit any feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting our products and services. You represent that you own the feedback and have the right to grant us this license.

11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Site to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, harass others, or interfere with the Site's security or functionality.

12. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party tool or service is at your own risk.

13. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. However, IOWODO is the seller of record. You acknowledge that Shopify provides the platform only and is not a party to the sales contract between you and us. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to your use of our store or purchases made herein.

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

14.1 Disclaimer: THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

14.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IOWODO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IOWODO, our affiliates, and our respective officers from any claim or demand due to your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any change means you accept the new Terms.
